Returns/Cancellation Policy

Whilst we want you to be happy with your order, as coffee is a consumable good we will only replace or refund your coffee if it is faulty or damaged in any way. If coffees are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned unused and in the packaging that they were received, within a reasonable time the remedy afforded to the customer, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015  is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises his cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.

As all our coffees are freshly roasted to order, your order will be processed after we have received full payment and you will be sent an email notifying you of its dispatch.


Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address and delivery address. “Credit card payments are processed through Stripe, so we do not have access to your credit/debit card details”. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of the status of your order. With your consent, we collect your email address for our newsletter to keep you up-to-date on all the latest products from the shop. If you wish to unsubscribe to this newsletter or do not wish to receive any of our e-mails just contact us at amanda@beankindcoffee.co.uk

Beankind Coffee Roasters do not and will not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

You have the right to request what information Beankind hold about you and to delete that information from our records.

We ship all across the UK. All shipping is sent through Royal Mail and is based upon the weight of the whole product weight. Dispatch will be made within 1-2 days from placing your order and delivery will usually take a further 3-5 business days from then, however, Royal Mail will only guarantee delivery within 28 days. If you wish your order to be sent any other way eg; signed for, tracked to its final destination or sent as priority shipping, this will incur a higher shipping cost so please contact us before placing your order.

Collections of paid orders can also be picked up at the roastery if desired, saving you delivery charges and also giving you the opportunity to see where it all happens. If a collection is preferable, then please contact us at amanda@beankindcoffee.co.uk to arrange a suitable time.



This website uses Google Analytics to help analyse how users use the site. The tool uses "cookies," which are text files placed on your computer, to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including IP address) is transmitted to Google. This information is then used to evaluate visitors' use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity for Beankind.

We will never (and will not allow any third party to) use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of visitors to our site.
